Our Story

Will and Omotayo met in 2018 as coworkers both focusing on their careers. Although they worked closely, neither Will nor Omotayo noticed each other more than a brief glance. As time passed, a mutual coworker and friend, Tia, noticed that Will and Omotayo were both interested in each other. Will worked up the courage to ask Omotayo out on a date, and their first date was at Pho 24. The first date went so well that Will and Omotayo continued to work towards a promising and committed relationship.Leading up to the proposal, Will knew what Omotayo envisioned for that moment. It was discussed that Omotayo wanted to include her parents during the proposal. On February 22, 2022, Will’s closest friends, Patrick and Tayo, accompanied Will to record the proposal in the middle of a workday at Omotayo’s home while her parents were there with her, and Omotayo said yes!
